Add 1-2 lotto tickets to each gift item with the dangling ribbons ,for a chance to help brighten those rainy summer days ahead. If the dollar store doesn't have that many umbrellas, purchase what they do have the rest can be a straw beach hats, visors with tickets placed in the band part of it, or a pairs of sunglasses with tickets attached, Sun Lotion wrapped in taffeta or dangling ribbon with tickets.
