What Should I do for my Anniversary?

I have no idea what I should do for my man for our anniversary. We decided that I would get the odd years and he would get the even, it is my year to pick what I want to surprise him with. Our anniversary is the week before Valentines day (a day which we both think is highly overrated and a mainstreen hallmark holiday) and we have decided to combine the two into one weekend. HELP!!!
PS i dont want ********* answers. I am looking for something he would enjoy doing.

Make reservations at a nice restaurant – either one you’ve never been to or one with special meaning to you. At dinner, give him a card that expresses how you feel; hand made if you can, but one from a store is nice if you write your own sentiments.
After dinner, go a a park or beach or somewhere you can go for a nice walk. You may even want to rent a romantic movie for later. Watch by candle light.
