What is the difference between a dugout and non dugout MLB jacket?

I am looking to purchase a birthday gift for friends favorite MLB team. I have found an online store selling a dugout track jacket and a non dugout track jacket. The non dugout jacket is double the prices. I’m just curious what the difference is and if one is better than the other.

dugout would be an authentic one that the players would actually wear in the dugout. non dugout is just a replica of that and of lesser quality, but the same look.
