What is a good wedding gift that is not to pricey?
Luis G asked:
My ex girlfriend from high school invited me to this wedding so she doesn’t go alone. Its her cousins wedding and i never met her before. We are both in our mid 20ies. I want to buy something that their going to use and not just put in the garage or attic. I just want to be a good friend that is why i want to buy this gift. But like I said not to pricey. Maybe no more then $50 bucks. Help me people I’m bad at these kind of things??? THANKS!!!

gifts for her
I think a customized framed picture would be a warm gift in this big day. I has been touched when I first received it from my boyfriend. He used my picture to made a portrait on puzzle. The gift really boosted my morale. Simply you just select a best picture, send the simple warm words you say to them and artist will do the rest for you. You can ask them to print it on a card, puzzle or canvas. I am pretty appreciate their service because it is completely personalized design, not like drawing or painting. Also, it is different from other service print your picture directly on canvas and most important thing is not that expensive as others. I think the gift will be the most precious possession that if he receive it.

unique gift ideas
Get a nice set of wine glasses and a bottle of wine. You don’t know the couple well so I wouldn’t worry about it. I am sure you are not expected to bring anything but it would be appreciated.

I would find out where they are registered and pick something from there. Most places you can see the registry online and you could order it from the website and never have to leave home. If you did not wan to do that I would get them a gift card to somewhere you know they are going to use.

The best gift I gave was his/hers massages at a spa for them to enjoy after the wedding. It was greatly appreciated! Might have to half/half with the ex though – usually runs between 50-60 dollars for each person.

Find out where the couple is registered. Then just pick out a nice gift for under $50 on there. That way you know you got them something they wanted!
holiday present
Go to a story like Hobby Lobby or Michael’s, and get a Wedding album, or something similar…a place for them to keep pictures from the beginning of their lives together. Or you could get them a gift card for a portrait studio to have pictures professionally taken. Also check to see if they have a wedding registry at target.com or walmart.com There are a lot of useful things they will need if they are combining lives. Stuff like blenders, mixing bowl sets, towels, stuff like that…and if its on their registry, then you know they need it
good luck!

I always go to Pier One…and get a set of 4 wine/drinking/booze/champagne glasses (usually around 30 bucks). They can even wrap and box for you.
I sometimes get 2 of one color, 2 of another…or something like that!
Good luck.
