she was truly not in any relationship with you. she wanted to pay back some where,ignore this. ignore her. keep your future studies in mind and good friends you are going to have in the new environments. don’t tell any one about this totally. forget and trash it off from your mind.

Not it’s not alright to feel that way.
Just be glad she got you something then nothing at all then what you were expecting.
Just throw it away, or stash it in your room somewhere.
And make sure to tell her thank you and that you appreciate it even if you don’t it will make her feel better.
