What are the best things to but in a gift basket?

it is the persons birthday. she is a girl turning 14 and like my best friend in the world. she loves the color purple and white if that means anything. and she is pretty tomboy but we are getting manis and pedis for her b-day and doing a sleepover so i want this to be like the best gift basket ever!! she wouldn’t tell me what she wants and I thought this would be really thoughtful.
here is what i have :
a nancy drew book (cause she really likes them)
a little happy birthday book (you know the ones that are like 3 inches big and have happy quotes)
a mini book “nancy drew’s guide to life” it’s super cute
a burt bees ****** kit that has hand stuff too. it’s super duper cute! 
a sachi bookmark that says “Friendship is a sheltering tree”
the most gorgeous journal that ever existed
along with the most gorgeous pen that ever existed (it has little beads coming off of it!
here are some other things i’m thinkin:
nail polish in purple, gift card, bath & body works, candy?
