I have the best boss in the world and I think it would be nice to get him a gift for his birthday. There are about 10 of us going in on the gift but I dont know what to get. He does not have time to purchase anything for himself with a gift certificate so that’s out. He is cowboy and into horses and roping but everything I can think of, he already has. HELP PLEASE!!!!

For my birthday last month I threw a small get-together with some friends. One of my friends attended and gave me a birthday gift. Her birthday is in a few weeks, but she is not having a get-together. She lives about an hour away and is doing something private with her family. Is it proper etiquette for me to purchase (and mail) a birthday gift for her, as well? We have known each other for a few years and just recently got in touch again a few months ago.

Hi I’d like to know what type of restaurants an 82 yeard old would like to go to celebrate his birthday, also we have been looking for a nice present but still can’t find something that he’ll enjoy..
