I went to my cousins wedding shower and paid 50.00 for a gift. Do I still get a wedding gift too? How much to spend??

My ex girlfriend from high school invited me to this wedding so she doesn’t go alone. Its her cousins wedding and i never met her before. We are both in our mid 20ies. I want to buy something that their going to use and not just put in the garage or attic. I just want to be a good friend that is why i want to buy this gift. But like I said not to pricey. I am currently putting together ideas for attendant gifts for my May 23rd wedding. I have 7 attendants- all are fairly young between 16-21 as they are the siblings and cousins of my fiance and myself.
