So on New Year’s Eve my boyfriend got on one knee and told me he was in love with me. Is it the same as saying he loves me? He hasn’t said i love you or anything like that after that night. He also told me he had a gift for me to show that he wants to be with me for a long long time…does this mean he was trying to propose?
no he wasnt drunk he stayed sober just to tell me that and we are 21 and 22

Yeah he was saying he was IN love with you. He more than likely hasn’t said it because he was scared of how you would react.
So he took a big chance by telling you this. You should let him know how you feel towards him.
yeh he was either drunk or he was just happpy on that night.
if ur under the age of 18 u just dont no wat love feel like. just play n enjoy life at this age. coz love is more than just kissing and having feelings for eachother.
