So ..I’ve known this girl for about a month now..i met her through a common friend. I personally dont know this girl -i mean i havent’ met her in person at all!! I just talked with her through chats and phone conversations.
Because i havent really spent time with her in person i really cannot say if i have feelings for her or not…but at this stage i enjoy spending time with her (talking on phone, chatting ) …Last week she crossed a milestone in her career..something which she always wanted …i wished her on the phone though. But I also want to gift her something for her achievement. I was thinking i’ll give her a gift card. Also note that valentines day is around! I dont want to gift her on the valentine’s day because I myself dont know if I want her to by my valentine or not and if i have feeling for her or not As such I was thinking i’ll send her a gift before the valentines day.
But I am trying to understand how she would react if someone like me who is just a new friend/acquaintance who she hasnt even met in person till now gifts her a small gift?? What kind of a message will it send?
I dont want to ruin my current friendship with her..do u think sending a gift can damange our current friendship (bcoz she may think that i have strong feelings for her and that may turn her off?? )

gift ideas for men

It’s my 20 birthday this weekend and of my close circle of friends, I remember all of their birthdays and give gifts, because I love picking out individualized gifts they’ll enjoy. It’s just a way of saying I appreciate them on their special day once a year. So, my close friends have this week given me gifts or wished me happy birthday, except for the one who is my very best friend! She knows it’s my birthday, but we’ll be apart over the weekend, so I won’t see her again until next week, after my birthday, but she never wished me happy birthday or gave me a gift. I feel foolish because I truly do value her friendship and I absolutely didn’t give her a birthday gift with the obligation of her giving me one back, but still, I feel hurt. But at the same time, I feel petty – she is a wonderful friend and has given me many intangible gifts through our friendship. I don’t know why a material gift is so important, but somehow receiving it is meaningful to me. Is it wrong that I feel this way?

it is the persons birthday. she is a girl turning 14 and like my best friend in the world. she loves the color purple and white if that means anything. and she is pretty tomboy but we are getting manis and pedis for her b-day and doing a sleepover so i want this to be like the best gift basket ever!! she wouldn’t tell me what she wants and I thought this would be really thoughtful.

My friend’s dad lost his job and her best friends wouldn’t talk to her. She was having a really bad day so I want to put together a little gift. I am putting friendship poems and little notes from her other friends but what else should I put? I need this by tomorrow!

holiday present

there is my office friend whom I like most, I gave him couple of sweaters as a gift. which he accepted.I went with him to market, he himself chooses this gift.So I request him to wear it in front of me, so he weared these sweaters for few days, but suddenly he has stooped using my gift. and wear his own old sweaters, I am worried why he does not wear sweater given by me, is he feeling ashamed to wear my gift in front of me, or is he feeling pain from my eyes when he wear sweater in front of me, is my gift damaging our friendship
